New work by David Narum.

David Narum Exhibit At Eric Schindler

"Intentions and Improvisations," new works by David Narum, will open at the Eric Schindler Gallery, February 4 and run through February 26. “Every picture tells a story,” David says. “For me as the artist the painting is what remains on the panel when I decide I’m finished. It’s a relic of many decisions made. Hopefully for the viewer there’s a whole new narrative to be discovered.”

Masks required and to be worn at all times inside the gallery. Please follow the Eric Schindler Gallery on Facebook and Instagram for updates or any changes.

“Merface” by Steven Roebuck.

Recent Works by Steven Roebuck at ADA

Beginning February 4, ADA Gallery will be featuring works by Steven Roebuck.

Through much of his artistic career, Steven has worked in oil, and focused on the human figure. Of his exhibit at ADA, the artist writes, “All the pieces are addressing the contrasting interplay of light and dark, and the interplay of surface to depth. I want to bring the viewer into the piece with an illusory depth of field, but I also want the viewer to be aware of the thickness of the actual painting surface, rendered with glazes and resin. I am very interested in how the paintings change when they are in different lighting environments, mainly through the refraction of the various lights through the paint particles and glazes.”
